To fulfil your promise present her a big cake which has three layers. The cake looks incomplete without decoration. Decorate the cake in an attractive manner and present it to the girl. Decorate the cake that of the Halloween style. The style will remind her the special occasion in which she was born in. You are the root cause the cheerfulness of the girl.
